Ozean
Why have we not found a replacement for single use plastic yet? We are not unknown to the fact that plastic waste is polluting our oceans, disfiguring and killing our animals, yet we still continue to dump our plastic.

Ozean is a small solution to this big problem! An innovative, low-impact manufacturing technique allows plastic waste to be reshaped into kitchen knife handles. This allows easy recycling, as approximately 40 bottle caps are reshaped into one handle. Ozean is the start to making our waste useful instead of polluting our world!

The Britto Speaker
The Britto Speaker is part of a stereo speaker set that ensures an excellent audio experience. Exterior and interior shape, along with additional features, such as spikes and port, are all designed to lower vibrations and resonances to create a professional sound quality. Simultaneously, the speaker's exterior features the work of the neo-pop artist Romero Britto, making the speaker appear more like an artwork rather than a speaker with the living room environment.
Children Decor Set
The decorative objects are designed for new parents looking to furnish their infant's bedroom. This assortment ranges from a baby mobile, that will hang over the new-born's cot, to various cushions, which will lay alongside the child whilst it sleeps. The considerate design is very distinguished from existing assortments. During the first few weeks, infants have not yet developed their full ability to differentiate between colours. By incorporating the start contrasting colours black and white, this design will support stimulation of the cognitive development of the child. Furthermore, the chose theme of flying pifs is age appropriate due to the simplified geometric shapes and animal design.

Acidic Destruction
We are destroying our environment through our ever growing population size. Yet, we only selectively think about the consequences this has on our earth. We focus on popular topics like global warming and forget about ongoing issues like acid rain. Our project is trying to raise awareness for those destructive effects that pollution and acid rain have on our earth. The deterioration of the bath bombs visualises the catastrophic ecological effects that we as humans are causing. This project is a simple reminder that we have one planet which we should take care of. It is set to be in an exhibition environment to enhance the educational aspect of this piece.

Garden of Zen
As a commercial job, I was given the great opportunity to re-design the logo for the website Garden of Zen. Their focus of mindfulness and relaxation is transported through the logo, which is based on the Japanese Torii gates. These gates mark the entrances to a Shinto shrine and symbolise the transition from the normal world into the sacred world.

Flicker
This greetings card designed for Tigerprint Hallmark revolutionises communication through a card. The focus is on conveying warmth, symbolising endearment and affection, through an atmosphere rather than solely relying on words. By being able to control the light on your family member’s light object, it encourages a non-verbal communication within the family. It emphasises the bond between two people and highlights that their intention was not simply to give a generic card, but to gift something meaningful. Overall this card is a new approach to keep in contact with family members even if you do not see them frequently.

Lumi
Have you ever had that moment when you are sitting on the sofa, the room is dimly lit and the television is playing your favourite movie? It is a moment full of relaxation and comfort! Lumi will provide you with this tranquility. The indirect lighting of the lamp, with it’s ability to adjust the brightness, is designed to create an intimate homely atmosphere. Furthermore, the cork feature at the front allows you to personalise your lamp by pinning up cherished photos of family and friends. With Lumi your living room will be more cosy than ever before.
